Our founder, with experience as both a lawyer and a partner at a leading search firm, gained unique insight into the shortcomings of traditional legal recruiting. He saw firsthand the inefficiencies, lack of data, and conflicting motivations that led to misaligned placements—issues that often left firms struggling to build cohesive teams and lawyers feeling out of place in their roles.
Determined to find a better way, he embarked on a five-year journey to rebuild the process from the ground up. The result is Lexter—a platform that combines deep data insights with a non-commissioned, expert team dedicated to creating truly aligned placements.
